By engaging our services, submitting our Client Onboarding Form, or providing Authorization Letters, you provide explicit, clear, and affirmative consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein.

2. Types of Personal Data Collected

We collect only the personal data necessary for our services (Data Minimization):

  • Personal & Business Identifiers: Full Name, Business/Company Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Business Address.
  • Project Data: Target customers, business descriptions, and website requirements.
  • Financial Data: Banking/payment details (Account Name, Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC, UPI ID) provided voluntarily via the Client Authorization Letter for integration into your website, and payment information for processing project costs.

3. Purpose of Processing Data

Your data is processed strictly for the following legitimate purposes:

  • To deliver web development, hosting, and technical implementation services.
  • To integrate your authorized banking/payment details into your website for your business operations.
  • To communicate updates, process invoices, and maintain business relations.

4. Data Protection & Security

We implement reasonable security safeguards to prevent personal data breaches. Your data is stored securely using enterprise-grade infrastructure (such as Google Firebase). We do not retain personal data beyond the period necessary to fulfill the specified purpose unless required by law.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share necessary data with third-party processors (e.g., payment gateways like Razorpay, hosting providers) solely for fulfilling our service obligations. These processors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

6. Rights of the Data Principal (Your Rights)

Under the DPDP Act, you possess the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Information: Request a summary of the personal data being processed and the underlying processing activities.
  • Right to Correction & Erasure: Request the correction of inaccurate data or the deletion of your data when it is no longer required for the original purpose.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual obligations (which may affect our ability to provide services).
  • Right to Nominate: Nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
