1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Work

By engaging SS Code Hub and signing our Client Onboarding Form, you agree to these terms. The features, pages, and design finalized at the beginning of the project constitute the final Scope of Work. Any features or changes outside this agreed scope will be charged separately.

2. Design & Modification Policy

A maximum of two (2) revisions per section is allowed during the design phase. Any additional changes or revisions beyond this limit will incur extra charges.

3. Client Responsibilities & Timelines

The client must provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, brand colors) on time. The project timeline is dependent on client responsiveness. Delayed feedback or failure to provide content will result in delayed delivery.

4. Payment & Cancellation Terms

  • Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to start the project. This advance payment is non-refundable in the event of delays or cancellation from the client's side.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery. No website deployment or handover will be done without full payment.

5. Ownership

Full ownership of the website, custom code, and designs will be transferred to the client only after complete payment has been received by SS Code Hub.

6. Support & Maintenance

Basic support will be provided for a maximum of one (1) month after project delivery. Any further maintenance, updates, or support will be chargeable under a separate agreement.

7. Financial Transactions & Liability (Authorization)

If the client voluntarily provides banking or payment details (UPI, Bank Account, etc.) to be integrated or displayed on the website via a Client Authorization Letter:

  • SS Code Hub is responsible strictly for website development and technical implementation.
  • SS Code Hub shall not be responsible for any financial transactions, disputes, fraud, or payment-related issues occurring through the website.
  • The client takes full responsibility for all transactions and indemnifies SS Code Hub from any legal liability related to the use or display of these payment details.

8. Communication Policy

All project requests, feedback, and approvals must be provided in written form (e.g., WhatsApp, Email, or official onboarding forms). Verbal instructions will not be considered valid or actionable.
