1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Agreement

We provide professional web and mobile application development services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where applicable.

3. Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work.
Milestones: Remaining payments are based on project milestones as agreed.
Final Release: Final code transfer and deployment occur only after full payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the custom code and designs created for your project are transferred to you. SS Code Hub retains the right to use generic snippets, libraries, and tools used in creation, and to showcase the finished work in our portfolio.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets (logos, text, images), and access to required accounts (hosting, domains) to ensure project success. Delays in client feedback may impact delivery timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

SS Code Hub is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services or products provided.
